There are two ways to bake frozen dough:
- The First way is to Thaw it first: Get the dough balls out from the fridge and put in a parchment-lined baking sheet, now cover them up with kitchen Towel to let them thaw. Soon as they reach up to ambient room temperature, which can take up to 2 hours in an ideal situation. You can now bake them up to 375 degrees F.
- Bake Directly as Frozen: Now put the dough balls into a parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure your oven is preheated to the temperature of 350 degrees F. (Note: Preheat the oven only if the dough is frozen). You need to set the timer to 15 minutes to get the chocolate chip cookies out after 15 minutes of baking.Â
