  • Boneless chicken: 1 pound
  • Extra-virgin olive oil: half cup
  • Anchovy fillets: 2-4 (chopped)
  • Garlic- 3 cloves
  • Lettuce: 4 big leaves
  • Parmesan cheese: ¾ cup
  • Whole wheat Italian bread: 4 slices ( or focaccia)
  • Lemon juice: from 1 lemon 
  • Salt and pepper: as per taste 

Procedure 

  1. You can start with the preparation of dressing. Chop the garlic. Add it to the pan with olive oil. 
  2. Add anchovies and lemon juice after the garlic gives its fresh aroma. 
  3. Add salt and pepper as per your requirement.
